About ban
My account was banned due to botting or use of third party programs. i recently created the account and leveled it in bot games Using the F5 and F6 keys F5 was used to select ally and F6 to move click. Is this not allowed?

Looking at your match history you have tons of games where you don't even buy items, all as the same champion.
In one day (12/19) you did this for 26 games. I'm not sure what other signs are needed for it to be flagged as a botted account.
The Account is obviously botted. Awfull Score No Item bot Games and then suddenly really good ranked games.

Account was leveled using 2 F keys which you can do without turning on a computer monitor. Bots still buy items and poorly play the game. So no not obviously botting
