1st - when a player on your team selects Mid - Yasuo Top - Riven Top - Teemo Mid - Lux Support - Zyra

For examples... a team mate should receive a warning screen advising them that a team mate has selected that champion in their role, and that banning a team mates champion is a reportable offense if done purposelyfully.

AFTER THE GAME,,,

Players should have the ability to report a player for an offense "Purposely banned Teams champion selection in an effort to tilt, be toxic, troll a game"

That Offense MUST BE added.

Next, champion select lobbies chat now needs to be reviewiable and reviewed by Riot because players are abusing the fact that "Riot doesn't read any chat other than in game chat".

Games are becoming toxic before a game even starts often. Then the player who starts the trouble goes into silent mute mode after causing all the trouble, confusion, and frustration in champ select.

Add a reportable option to Review Player X's champion selection lobby chat.

Riot, step it up. Your dropping the ball. Love you.

How would the client know that Teemo was intending to play top? In order to warn Teemo that he is stealing Riven's role), the client would need to know that Teemo was playing top instead of adc, and there's no way for it to detect that. It's not like Riot's going to create a list of Champions and say that they can only go in these roles, because players are going to play Champions out of their traditional roles and that's part of League.

Banning other people's Champions is a jerk move but Riot allows it because it has a legitimate use. If a person is too far down the pick order and that person's intended Champion is exceedingly popular and strong, that person might have the Champion picked before he or she can pick it, so the smartest move would be to just ban it.

Riot does have the power to review Champion Select chat, and they do review it in the case of some manual punishments.
