People need to feel good about themselves. People are toxic because of the lack of identity that comes with the internet and the fact that people were rude to them. If everyone knew everyone personally online (not gonna happen) then the amount of toxicity would be minuscule, as people would be afraid to ruin their reputation or be shunned by everyone else. And if no one was rude to anyone online, no one would have a reason to be rude to someone else online. Its like asking if the chicken came before the egg, and then saying that the dinosaur eggs came before the chicken eggs. There is a reason, but its not widely known or accepted. And such causes the confusion that you see as toxicity.

I've only talked trash a few times, the latest of which was against a tristana mid who looked for every excuse to all-in my veigar. She failed to kill me twice while I was just farming and poking as usual. By the third time I two shot her. All I did was say to not fuck with me. She starts poppin off about how I'm talkin shit. She spent the rest of the game with a gray screen. I flash Q+R'd her any chance I saw her, I didn't really care if I died lol
i think you need to try learning other stuff other than learning irelia jungle (ex: farming, warding, counter jungling, map awareness, and get yourself a few champions you can play)
