Question about suspended.

Just a email, told you Roit think you are use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your LOL client. And shut down my account for this reason that is unacceptable for me. I pay more than 500$ in my account, and Riot can shut it down by this reason without any details? And I am sure I did not use any programs for LOL client! What the hell? Ruin my day. :( And can anyone told me is there any way I can email or call to someone work for this part in Riot company?
