Have you considered using a more cultured and eloquent vocabulary? It's difficult to see past all the cussing to understand what kind of person you really are. Like it or not, cursing gives a poor first impression.

You need to spend a lot less time criticizing your teammates and focus more on what you can do to help the game from your end. Jumping down everyone's throats the whole game just makes the situation that much worse, and you end up being part of the problem you're trying to get rid of.

Show some restraint, maturity, level-headedness, whatever you want to call it. Just calm down and be rational instead of blowing up at your own teammates.
