ANYWAYS. I was in champion select and I get this troll mundo ADC and troll Warwick supp. Is there any way to punish these absolutely disgusting people? Also I had to leave the champ select because it was ranked :/

Troll is a subjective opinion to be completely honest. You could have played it out. If you really believe they were trolling and greifing you could take screenshots and submit a support ticket but outside of that, not really.
They might have done well but you will never know because you immediately accused them of trolling

Your opinions on champ picks have no correlation to trolling. Riot has stated this various times. The only thing they might've done wrong is not informing the team of their intentions. But your opinion on who they play, is just that, an opinion. They are not required to take that as law and do what you want. instantly saying they are trolling is toxic (if verbalized through chat) and can have negative repercussions. Whether through them playing badly because they're now tilted, or through yourself getting punished for toxicity.

What was your role OP? In this case, you should have tried something new as well. For example, a Vayne top. Or jungle Draven. Mid Aphelios/Lucian. And if you think that its just not gonna work out, roll out the signature Teemo! Works every lane, including jungle. Don't forget that Commando Teemo skin when in the jungle though.
