What do I report a person for if they are rude in chat, but don't say that much in game?

So basically I just had a dominion game, where our Thresh basically didn't defend at all. Near the end of the game, he was slightly rude, but not bannable rude, but in after game chat he was full tilt rude, like swearing, all caps, you get the idea.
