Riot match making at its best (ranked)

i got matched with a troll and a top main which got auto filled into adc so i went ww the auto filled guy went fiora and the troll went maplhite supp few min in i get counter jungled by lee and i was behind but then when i was lv 6 maplhite came into my jungle and literally was taking my wolfs when i specifilly pinged him not to after i made sure that my jungle stays my jungle i took the wolves and maplh folowed me around my own jungle and i wanted to take my blue but i knew that he would take so i waited and waited in the jungle until he gets bored but he just stood still whith me and then i hear bots tower gets destroyed hes still not moving then the enemy team comes and kills him he still dint do crap and they also killed me . I respawn go take red and hes still folowing me like this guy is tilted af or just a kid trolling in a ranked game i literally felt like this game is no longer a team game its just a troll fiesta . I tried many times to quit league just because of how many of these kind of people exists but i come back because its addictive and the people for doing this shit never get banned im annoyed just how the reporting system is bs literally favors for the trolls not for the players which want to play and have fun but the trolls just keep on trolling and get no penalty for it.
