Does this qualify as hate speech?

So I was playing vs AI today with some premade bot duo, and once i got the first kill, they suddenly started calling me "autistic", and during they even called my skin "gay" (was a star guardian xayah btw). FYI, there were no interactions whatsoever before the insulting even began. I ended up just muting them, but my question is as follows:

Do "autistic" and "gay" qualify as hate speech? If yes, does riot pick it up automatically or do I actually have to file a ticket? I did report post-game.

Sry for making a fuss over a bot game, but being called disabled and hearing sexual slurs did, I'll be honest, trigger me.
