Its not cause they have bad games it are trolls. Look there match history it aint trolls but just players who had a bad game.
If you feel you have been excessively trolled in your game you are invited to report them directly to Riot Support. Don't be emotional about it though, just be concrete and precise about what happened, what were they doing, how were they doing it, how long they did it, etc.
