How come intentional feeding is not punished?

I'm not usually one to go to the boards about things, usually I can keep a pretty level head when bad things happen in game - after all it's just a game. But what I can't comprehend is why bad player behavior is not punished! I've had not one, not two, but THREE inters in a row who legitimately ran it down mid. In game chat told us they were running it down mid, and proceeded to get over 10 deaths before twenty minutes. I feel like this sort of thing should be heavily monitored, and have a temporary ban after the first time. It makes me (a consistent player) want to delete the game and move on with my life.

Intentional feeding is in fact punished but it takes longer compared to other offenses because it requires manual review, no bot can reliably detect trolling.

As such, it takes about a week for a human to see the Game and judge it, because you may say "running it down", but it could very well be them dying alot (im NOT in any way shape or form, saying you werent a victim of trolling). Take my last zyra game, 0/5/0. But that doesnt nessicerily mean i wasnt playing to win.

Granted in your case you should have their chat to back you up.

It's not punished because they didn't say any thing mean to hurt someones feelings. Which is all riot cares about when it comes to punishment.
