Restrictions and Ban's

So I have just gotten banned yesterday for using 1 to 2 slurs. So my reason for posting this discussion is that I want riot to look into an account before banning that account for chat restriction's, 2-week bans or a permaban. The way that this should work is that if a player is reported for some reason a rioter or at least a bot designed to look into these situations should look into them and give them a chance before taking immediate action. The riot employee that I was talking to said that because of my 1 or 2 slurs I skipped over these steps which were getting 10 chat restrictions->25 chat restrictions-> 2-week suspension->Permaban. In all, I think riot should just chill a little bit while taking actions on that player to keep both the game and player positive otherwise riot could start losing players. I have seen this happen because some of my friends have gotten 2-week bans or even permabanned and they just stopped playing the game altogether saying that riot was just way too strict with their policy while other games are actually dedicated to helping the player base growing positively. I don't really want to see this game lose its popularity over something like this and it'd be great if riot were to look into this issue.Thx

Riot's not going to "chill a little bit" with punishing hate speech. You used slurs, which are unacceptable in any context. You should know better than to use them, and Riot expects as much from you; hence the lack of leniency in regards to punishing you for those slurs.

Hate speech has no place in League, and if that's the kind of speech your friends used to get banned before they left, then I can only say good on them for leaving of their own volition instead of forcing Riot to make them leave.

...while other games are actually dedicated to helping the player base growing positively.

Permitting hate speech doesn't foster positive growth.

If you got banned for using slurs, or anything on the ZT list, sorry but your punishment is deserved. No one wants that kind of speech here. Take it into coms or private messages, leave it out of the team chat and all chat.

It doesn't matter if you've been a goody goody, that doesn't give you the right to use slurs ever. And should never give you the right to use slurs ever.

You understand that getting rid of people that are extremely toxic, which includes slurs on the zero-tolerance list, is that they don't want these people to cause them to lose other players, right? I mean seriously, keep things "player positive" by allowing more chances and letting things slide? How about goddamn no. If YOU want things to be more positive in League, then follow the rules, play the game, and don't take your attitude out on other players.

News flash - Riot doesn't want you to continue playing the game. They are aware of losing a very, very small percentage of players who are unable to reform. That's you and your friends.
