LoL in-game community

Hi everyone, this is my first post in approximately 5 years of League of Legends and i noticed something changing (i'm not talking about ap master yi or the heal on ez ults) mainly in game. My first problem in-game is the community. Salty players that makes you wanna go salty and disgust you of the game you're playing.

My thoughts are that before LoL had the hype we were much happier playing a game while understanding only a part of it. Now we just are tryharding our ways out of silver like it meant something. Riot says it is moire than a game and i do agree. But if players are killing it. Meh.

To all these diamonds and masters and so on that might read this, have you ever tried to play with baboons smashing their keyboards spamming the worst bragging technics they developed in the same monastery that our dirty blind monk while they get a kill? Well go ahead to make a tour. I'm not talking about a 20/0 game (ofc you'll crush them) but if you go 1/5 it feels like the world has ended (and even with 1/5 you can be useful except if you took illaoi).

What do you guys think about the community in LoL ? Do someone encounter the same salty people everyday and are sick of this? Should RIOT reinforce their bans and report system?
