Punished For No specific Reason (Permabanned)

So to give this some background, I've been playing League of Legends for 4-5 years, I've never cheated or used hacks to gain an advantage over another player. The most I can say I did was use LoLNexus,Probuilds, or Champion.gg but its technically not an "advantage" as those are pretty popular sites. So I get to Gold IV about a month ago and Tuesday of this week ,6/21/2015, I played one more Ranked game and loss going 1/5, I log off and play something else. A few days later, I decided to log back in to finally unlock this thresh skin and I find out I am banned, for using third party programs or hacking/exploiting. Now, I've never even thought about using hacks or exploits due to the fact that I wouldn't want that done against me, hell I have no idea where to even find scripts, so I submit a ticket stating this must be some mistake as I play the game fairly...and it all went downhill from there. First off, I'm given an automated response of "Make sure you check the TOS and using third party programs is against the TOS". So I state Im confused because I didn't cheat, no one was on my account, and I really just want my account back as surely there has been a mix-up. So then I get a response stating they will send me to a representative, I'm thinking surely they will see my side and understand that Im willing to cooperate to get my account back. At first the person seemed reasonable, till he states "We've reviewed your account and you have been hacking". I comment back, in a civil manner, basically saying "I didn't cheat and can prove it if need be, I have proof(recordings and live streams) and can send them to you to show there is nothing on my screen or scripting of any kind" And the only thing he constantly kept saying was "The ban is not going to be lifted, we have enough evidence to say you did cheat". It's like cuffing me up, sentencing me to jail and not allowing me to plead not guilty....and the fact that they throw me in without an explanation. I constantly asked to get something to state what I did or exactly when did I do this deed that I did not do, and was given no responce other than "we can't tell you other than you did a bad thing". So im outraged as I'm clearly stating over and over again that I can back up that I didn't cheat and can back up that I didn't use any program as an advantage. I didn't post this here for sympathy, nor did I post this here for views, I posted this here cause I know im not the only one whose been punished in this manner, I just want my account back and to be given a "fair trial" and explain my situation and not given vague responses. I even went the extent of saying "If you feel like I should be punished, even though I state that I've done nothing wrong , could the ban be less harsh." And nope, permabanned, It just makes me feel like Riot really doesnt give a shit about it's customers anymore, it's quanity over quality, I can sit here and say that yes some people do deserve the ban, but hordes of toxic players ruin the game for everyone and they get a slap on the wrist. Meanwhile, i sit here and play the game having NEVER touched tribunal in my 4 years and Im punished for vague accusations...

P.S. When someone says "We have enough proof to say it's true" but doesnt bring the proof out....then how can you tell that this proof even exists or if it's just a staple that representatives use and not actually have anything other than a flag in the system.
