my account got banned but no email
my account just got banned I have no idea why there were no emails that came along with it just when I went to go on it said this account has been permanently banned.

We can't provide too much context on the Boards behind your suspension, but if you contact Riot Games Player Support, they should be able to clarify the reasoning behind your suspension.
It can also take a few hours for the email to go through. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders of your email account as sometimes the League emails are placed there by mistake.
Typically, if your ban was due to behavioral toxicity and issued by the Instant Feedback System, you would also have a Reform Card visible when you try to log into your account. It would contain the reason for your suspension, as well as the chat logs of games in which you were reported. But that is only in the case of behavioral bans, and may not apply to your situation at all.
