I legit got unsuspended last week and i got suspended again for saying "report veigar" who is actually really toxic unsuspend me please i got chatbuster then suspended then suspended again WHY? this is just called bullsh## veigar was toxic the whole game and i got suspended for it?
Asking for reports is considered player harassment. One report is also worth the same as 9, there's literally no reason to ask for reports. I doubt they'll unban you but you could try filing a support ticket.

There's a slight misconception that asking for a report is harassment. Reds have posted that asking for a report is slightly toxic BUT if you use asking for a report as a springboard to harassment, it gets bundled together into the harassment.
Because the code is boolean, there's no reason to ever ask for anyone to report another person. Your report is sufficient.
Ultimately, asking for reports tends to cause people to become hostile and it usually escalates in chat, which means it's best to not ask for reports in general.
