can we have a separate report option for "refusing to play"

im talking about the people who sit in base. typing. buying items. and casting skills, but not actually playing the game. reporting them AFK will only get them a LPQ. and unsportsman won't flag thier account for review fast enough. and i dont know if intentional feed will be triggered as a false report or not
