Why do i get a apc varus roleplaying adc who then calls me a retard and a degenerate after he gets outdmgd by kaisa? Like i dont go janna jungle so why troll me?

The role is "bot". Not "ADC". They aren't required to buy any particular damage type.
While them flaming you isn't excusable, consider that your reaction to their build may have caused them to start flaming. Again, it doesn't mean they were right, but if you want to avoid having them flame you it's usually best to not have this sort of bossing attitude of "you have to play my way and build what I want you to".
...... are you expecting ANYONE to outdamage Kai'sa?
But, AP Varus is a meta build because of the massive damage potential. Sure, in this single game they got out damaged. But even champions that are OP with 59% win rates lose 41% of the time.
