I was perma banned.

Hello, today i as playing a ranked game of league of legends with my friend. We started the game and we were duo bot, our top laner was a m6 wukong main. I was talking with some people in all chat (you know like memeing around) and the wukong writes "reported". Me, my friend and the enemy soraka (the person i was talking with) thought he was joking. So, i ignored him and kept leashing the jg this is when it gets really out of hand. The wukong writes "im going to troll because you guys are blaming me" and then he runs down his lane into the olaf and dies. Me and my friend are panicking because i as at 90 lp silver 5 and i wanted my promo and the soraka says "why you gotta do this man". i didnt say a thing to him at this point because i was trying to think this whole situation through. My midlaner wasnt doing very well either (0/3) and my buddy and i knew it was game by this point so we just started farming to try and do something for the team. The Wukong then dies a second time writing "gg ez" so, this is when i got kinda mad and said "are you really trolling rn?" and, of course, he doesnt awsner. A few minutes go by and he starts insulting my friend and saying we are toxic and trash i said to my friend "just mute him" while i was muting him. My friend and i were talking on discord the whole time, so every time the top laner said something, my friend would say something on the lines of "this guy just said...." or "this re**** said..." so muting him had no effect and i as just getting super salty. I then unmuted him and he said "hahahaha this toxic botlane" so i said "hahaha kys." my friend then told me "dude, you are gonna get banned" so i backed off and muted him again. the rest of the game was pretty much me and my friend saying please report this wukong and the game ended leaving me and my friend really bummed out. I currently dont have the logs from my ban since i uninstalled the game in my rage, but if you guys need them ill install the game to show you them.
