Riot's automated system will never be able to accurately detect griefing

one of my recent games had an amazing 2/19 botlane. before I get into this, I can admit that ive had some bad games myself, and they could have had a bad game too, as they were on a tilt streak. However, I am making this post because of context. Im taking into context the fact that, for starters, sona flash ults into enemy team by herself claiming she can "one shot" the enemy team "easily". im taking into context mf saying she will continue to feed if we question her suspicious movements. to make matters worse. these two were a duo. if you are watching this and have the power to replay my game, you will understand what I am trying to point out in the title of this post. ive sent out my ticket, my report, and can only hope for the best. but I saw that the duo is still currently playing the game as I am making this post. I am not toxic at this game, but I have seen proof that riot would rather make an automatic system to check if someone is getting bullied (which makes sense) instead of putting at least a little effort into taking out griefers in this game. it sucks. mainly because it was about the 5th game or so in my recent 10 games in which I have no control over what I do. I admit I make mistakes too, but games like these are a whole new level of frustrating, let alone knowing griefers will, for the most part, always get away with that game.

Sona does a lot of damage. Someone thinking they can be aggressive and it failing is not "griefing".

Sounds like you started it by flaming her. Doesn't excuse anything she did, but whoever was flaming her for being "suspicious" was in the wrong too.

The automated system has already been made. Very little effort goes into the automated system for chat punishments. Removing chat punishments or lessening them would not somehow make there be less griefers. Riot will not punish someone for griefing until there is proof beyond reasonable doubt that they were. One game with the things you describe is nowhere near beyond doubt.

Well...Yeah. That's why they use a manual system for griefing.
