If we provide a screenshot of anyone who holds a team hostage during champion select and types in "ADC or ill feed, idc its my 2nd account", can ya'll riot kids just ban them?

Well as i State here http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/eogTRUhJ-post-game-report-feature they could just create an out of Game/StatsPage report feature, as 'Ewiv' stated

especially if it allows you to report players for trolling a champ select

and they could start saving the chat from Champion Select and BOOM, now ChampSelect Trolls get what they deserve.
