i see trolls in my game everyday, every single day and see them playing still but when i say pls report the troll i get banned at the end. i just want to know why riot doesnt punish the real trolls. i keep getting banned for not even using bad words while they been using them from champ select. i just want my account back to play peacefully and not have to keep dealing with ppl that jsut report or trolls. IT'S NOT FAIR!!!
You were verbally abusing players in your games, not because they were trolling but because they were under preforming. You threatened reports and insulted players because they were making mistakes, not ganking for you or losing their lane. This sort of behavior is not acceptable.
The other guys have pretty much answered why you get punished, so I'll answer why the other players aren't getting punished;
They are given the same chances at reform as you get. It takes a lot more than 1 game to get punished once, let alone get banned. There are 4 tiers of punishment you have to work through unless your offense is severe enough to skip them. You also rarely see when a person you report is punished (your report has to be the final one that triggers it), and even when you do it won't tell you what punishment they got. All that aside, those are individual players; you can't say "Player A was toxic and I reported him, why am I seeing Player B toxic too?". They do get punished, but there will always be more, so you have to deal with them as they come. When you get punished and they don't, it's because you are more consistently toxic.
I suggest simply muting and reporting. Getting upset and confronting them is exactly what they want you to do. You will never win unless you learn how to ignore them.

Asking for reports is a punishable behavior.... Why don't people get this?
Are you sure these people are actually trolling? Also what do you consider "bad words"? Swearing is allowed here, after all.
Soliciting reports is against the rules. People should make their own judgement. About 80% of the time, the person saying "report x pls" is actually the one being toxic. Are you sure you're not the one being toxic?

I agree with you, I do get toxic but some people are real trolls Riot has to do something about this, it annoys me too

I would bet your account bans are because of the 99% that you said. I am sure you were extremely toxic and such and made comments in violation of the summoners code. You did not just type "please report the trolls".
Riots system verifies reports. Its a computer. IT does not ban you for typing report the trolls. It banned you for what else you typed but conveniently excluded from the post.
