They never seem to get why they got banned. Then they create another account and start the same thing over again. Says to my teammate "Don't play Ezreal if you are bad at ADC" who is practicing in a damn NORMALS. Then says "I did not say anything toxic.", I called him out, and he claims, "You must not troll even in normals". He is 4/8/4 with Lee sin.
That is why I reported him.

Plenty of people are reformed, but just because they have the word "Reformed" in their username doesn't make them any less liable for their actions, and most are aware of it. Some people take normals seriously, it's a competitive game, so even normals are a version of ranked. And if he ends up with a bad KDA, it doesn't mean he was bad. Plenty of supports do amazing by soaking up damage to give others an opportunity. Don't take KDA as an indication to how well they play.
