Just had the worst game of league. This trio got in lobby started calling each other N-words and other homophobic slurs while flaming everyone in lobby and they kept doing the same thing throughout the entire game. I have never had my games ruined to that extent. how are players like that still in the game? Do i get a notification if there punished?

This is a question based on a false assumption. You are angry that it happened, that's fine. You don't always get a notification when a jackwad gets punished. Report them and move on.

Free to play game. They will never go away. They can just make a new account. A lot of people have several. I have my main, this one, and 2 more. If my main ever gets banned (which it wont because how do people get themselves permabanned lol, they gotta be pretty dumb or at the very least ignorant of the rules), I can go on one of three other accounts no problem.
Just go look at the boards for a while Every day there are multiple posts about people getting banned for being toxic etc

They are. The in-game chat has been overflowing with racism and offensive slurs for the past week, and the autodetect system blows up their account shortly afterwards.
I hope they continue to do it. I hope the number of accounts destroyed rivals a planetary genocide.
