Anything out of meta = troll or unhealty.

Top viktor is diverse af but of course no one likes it cause it ruins the meta... cause counter picking viktor with something that beats him is considered trolling in toplane. Mages as supps are diverse af but ofcourse adc dont like it cause it ruins the meta... cause counterpicking is nonexistent and ruins meta. Leona jungle diverse af but ofcourse cancer due to absurd damage and no one likes it cause it ruins the meta and is different. I recently started playing ADC kat with quite disgustingly good results losing only 1 game due to legitimate 0/15 int, diverse af but ofcourse its bad cause it ruins the meta and instead of picking something that hard counters me, people pick immobile adc into me and then complain about how broken i am.

I am sorry but league WILL NEVER EVER be diverse nor will the community allow it. Give me one example of a champ that is allowed to play anything but their meta role that is not instantly called bs and needing nerfs plz fix rito.

Anything that ever pops out to be strong af due to meta swing instantly must be nerfed instead of played around.

With things like Victor, even though he's a diverse pick the meta becomes things that can realisticly deal with him, which decreases variety of available things in the top lane.

Kai'sa. Ap Kai'sa (and with ap Kai'sa I mean ap kai'sa NOT onhit kai'sa) mid/supp seems to be pretty ok with most people I've played with/against.

Kayle plays in 4 different roles. Top Mid Supp and even jungle. Despite how out of meta that actually is I've never heard anyone talk about how horrible kayle jungle is. Despite the fact that

  1. It has 51.86% win rate, which is almost the same as Viktor (51.85%)
  2. It has the lowest play rate of any champ role in the game and is very much out of meta.

So I don't get how diverse automatically translates to bad. I'm not saying that Viktor top isn't bad for the game. I'm just saying that Diversity does not equal anti-meta or really annoying niches like Viktor top. While this may just be because of how much higher Viktor top is in terms of play rate (4.48% for Viktor as opposed to only 0.15% playrate for kayle jungle.)

To put it simply: Diversity CAN BE bad, but it IS NOT automatically bad

You seem to think that you know everyone. I love AP mage supports. Zyra and brand is fun af. Youre over simplifying EVERYTHING. Adcs dont like it because they want the kills and a lot of low elo mage supports end up fucking with CS scores. "No one" wants a leona jungle, because shes typically a support and people dont think it would work. Hell, i play anivia bot all the time (totally off meta) but even Im like really? Leona jungle? I wouldnt encourage it because I simply dont have the knowledge to see how that would be better than amumu or any meta jungler in general. Its a fear of the unknown. And since Leona typically goes support, i automatically think she would not be optimal for jungle, in the same way I would think Taric or Braum arent optimal. It has nothing to do with me being against off meta shit. You need to stop thinking you have everything figured out and speaking for everyone. "Everyone hates this, everyone hates that" ...WHO?! Not me mother fucker.

I didn't think I'd lose to a jungle Taric, but it happened recently. League's diversity is only limited by your imagination.

We just had a season where midlane supports were a thing for a while.

I've seen Lee Sin supports; I've played Ornn and Sion support bot this year.
