I believe there should be an icon for those who have reported toxic players. Players can roam around with their badges of honorable behavior. I'd be willing to even ask if the players would get a skin for these the clean up it's providing for us. I feel as if players would see those with that icon on, it'll give more of an incentive to be positive in future games to come. Thoughts on the subject matter presented?
Most prominent issue with the idea; incentivizing successful reports would likely lead to an uptick of people plying subtle behaviors such as trolling or flamebaiting so as to ensure their reports are validated to get cheap rewards.
We don't really need to incentivize successful reports with icons - and definitely not with skins.

Nah. We need to focus less on morality in people, and more on playing the game. Its starting to feel like playing league is joining a social club.
