What should I do if someone suggests they're in immediate danger in-game?

This isn't an issue I've ever had before, but it just occurred and I was completely unsure of how to handle it. I just got out of a game with someone on the opposite time, who suggested multiple times that they were ending their life immediately after the game. Again, at the end-game screen, they basically said "goodbye, I'm ending my life right now, hope you enjoy yours." It's impossible to tell online whether it's a serious threat or not, but how would you handle the situation? I tried to add them as a friend to talk to them but they didn't accept. What are you supposed to do in a situation like that in an online game? I'm at a loss, and worried for them. I tried submitting a support ticket but i don't know what could even be done. I know what it's like to be in a dark place and I didn't want to let them go unheard, real or not.

There's nothing you can do about it besides contact Riot.

I know that dark place well.... Bait or not treat it as a real thing because you never know you could of saved someones life. Think of it this way would you get mad if it was some bs a kid pull on yeah sure but if it was a real thing and talking to this person might of helped him out so much that he didn't end his life. Hope that anwsered you're question well :)

You just contact Riot by sending a Support ticket and sending them the game information and informing them of the situation, and let them handle it. You, as a complete stranger just playing a game, can't really help them, since you don't know them well enough and their situation to properly help.

Honestly, I've encountered too many people who have claimed they would kill themselves just to get attention from others. This escalated after Robin Williams committed suicide back in 2014, and when I found out people close to me were feigning it, I tore into them before dropping them from my life entirely.

I don't know at this point which cases are legit and which ones aren't, and I don't care. I don't have time to try and talk everyone down from the ledge in my personal life, uncertain if they are legit or faking it for attention because they literally have no social skills to gain face time with another human being, let alone strangers online, especially in a game with people who pull the shit they do. I'm not trained for it and, at least if you live in the US, there's a suicide hotline you can call.

Get tier ip, location, and call the cops, either way you do good because A. They are possibly suicidal or b. when the cops came they get scared shitless and never fake again

Write suicide hotime phone number in chat, support ticket to rito, add to friends list and invite to another game, and say a short prayer cause not everything is in our power to control and you did the best you could.
