could we get weekly report cards?

how often you were honored? what kind of honor are you getting alot of? and how often you were reported and what for?

could help people realize that maybe theyre starting to act toxic without realizing it, or maybe that theyre improving on their previous behavior.

hell you could probably put an "account state" to actually warn people before they get a ban that their behavior hasn't been... optimal.

thoughts?

Great idea, never gonna happen. Not a penny for riot in this idea thats why.

They likely will implement a report card of some type in the near future, despite all the fear mongering from a certain group on these boards.

I doubt that it would ever be that detailed, but you should keep in mind that honors you receive basically don't add up to much. One wrong move, and they mean absolutely nothing. When it comes to honor progress, they don't mean much either. What matters more is that you're participating in the honor system by honoring others and not getting any legitimate reports against you. Legitimate reports don't automatically equal bans, so if you're being continuously toxic, that adds up.

if you don't know how close your account is to being banned, your account is always under threat, so you always have to mind your behavior, so games are overall less toxic.

if you can clearly see, "yeah, I'm fine" then you have a green light to be toxic until the thing updates.

I would also like a report card for average grades per champion...

So my parents can be disappointed more :(

This is a great idea - I'm a big fan of the expansion of the levels of feedback between Riot and its players regarding Honor, reports, report values, and so forth, to develop a healthier game culture.

I'd love to see how many times I was honored - and how many times reported, and for what - every week. I'd love to see it in conjunction with the benefits of maintaining an honorable status, along with feedback on how to avoid tilting and to develop TahmKench-style "thick skin", even when teammates act dishonorably.

I think it would be amazing to see a real and serious effort to maintain players with extremely low report ratings rewarded seasonally with unique skins, and/or opportunities to help moderate here and/or otherwise be given an "Honor Exemplar" status denoting respect given from and to the community.

You can do an account data request and get some of the info you are looking for. Takes 30 days to get it for security reasons. I tried it out a few months ago in hopes of seeing my total game time played and money spent. Sadly it didn't show my game time played but it did show all my purchases all though its done by transaction so you have to add it all up. You can see all the reports you have received and have made.

They will have to be careful about how much information they share, or those dedicated to gaming the system will figure things out about their systems that Riot doesn't want them to know.

Can we also get like a monthly report card on how many people we got banned? I wanna know how impactful my reports were

Pika Fox12/1/2018, 8:55:42 PM1 votes

As nice as it would be to see your reports if youre looking to actually reform, seeing an easy breakdown of your reports allows people who want to get around the system adjust what theyre doing to stay under the radar, so its not a simple thing to just do.

what a good joke!

This apologist logical zig-zag as if toxic words just spring up like teemo shrooms, well honey, teemo shrooms are placed by somebody. teemo. toxic words are spoken by a person. you. if you don't know what you're saying, whats that golden rule? not saying things? works pretty well. my brother has been banned multiple times now, and I really don't understand how. I'm not a saint in game, but I'm honor 5. just play the game and ping things, use chat in champion select for the purpose it's there for, and people will acknowledge the effort you make to produce a more enjoyable gaming experience. Trashing your teammates has made them play better in ZERO games out of a hundred. INTing players? Racial slurs will not make them see the error of their ways.

If this is too difficult, you need to chat restrict yourself before Riot has to, that's called responsibility. Accepting responsibility makes you a better human being, and will improve your fulfillment in real life and in game.
