Riot Needs to Implement Reporting Outside of Post-Game Lobby

So I recently attempted to play a ranked game, and since it's Dynamic Queue, I expressed my intention to play Darius top lane by selecting him. The first guy to pick bans on my team IMMEDIATELY banned Darius , even though he was going mid. [zombie-brand-mindblown] . I was so flabbergasted I didn't pick my ban in time and got booted from the lobby, as I wasn't sure what to ban, as I didn't know who I would play. I have a video of this happening, however I have no way of reporting the dingleberry on my team who banned Darius , even though i know his name. It seems like there should be a way to report this kind of non-in game behavior, as it is still in poor spirit and affects gameplay. Any suggestions, other than being quicker on my bans in the future? P.S. I double checked in the video and I did properly select Darius , plain as day for everyone to see, a full 10s before my doofy mid-laner banned.

You do know that person is allowed to ban any champion, regardless whether ally displayed it as intended pick? This is one of reasons they dont implement reporting outside of lobby. Because people would spam false reports.

There is no rule that says we can't ban what you have hovered.

I have had that happen to me before. I said I was going to play Jhin ADC (I main Jhin), and the mid-laner banned Jhin saying "All Jhin's feed"
