Three AFK's in 6 games [Need harsher penalties]

It is too easy for people to get away with going afk. People go afk without caring about the consequences which most of the time is nothing. AFK's should be punished more. That way my adc's have to stay and play out the game if the surrender vote doesn't pass. I'm talking a two hour penalty or something. Maybe even more drastic, like losing all LP in your division. Something that keeps people in the game so the ones who don't quit aren't left trying to carry a 4v5.

UPDATE: Just had another two team mates go AFK in the same game. That's 5/8 people. This needs to stop.

There has to be a balance between over-punishing "innocent" players (who have DCs or real life emergencies) and punishing those who are AFKing abusively (i.e. intentionally and without "valid" reason).

Keep in mind that it's highly likely these players are not "habitual" AFKers, and that it's very hard if not impossible for an automatic system to distinguish intentional from unintentional AFK. Even humans are not able to judge that with accuracy in all but the most obvious cases - which do get punished.

Been seeing a lotta disconnects in the last week or so.

If this system pass and becomes reality i really want your internet to fall down a couple of times or something else happens and you get banned for these things. Later you will come here and blame the system xD ... Leaving system is good enough.
