This is a horrendous system that allows said trolls to troll without consequence while those that get annoyed losing a game and above all else having time wasted typing n frustration to be banned/penalized
Thats a fantasy. They cant watch millions of replays to determine if someone deserves to be trashed based on how obvious their trolling is. judging from the troll accusations I see all the time, theyre not gonna trust random shitheads to determine whether someone is an actual troll, or just did something you disagree with. Ive seen too many non-trolls be accused of trolling. Get real. They HAVE TO make the rule universal. Its the easiest, most logical way to do it. If you would take your emotions out of it and look at it realistically, you would realize this.

Nothing they're doing forces you to flame them.
Only you are in control of what you say. If you say something that violates the policy, then of course you will be punished. That's why many players say to mute/report them.
The only thing this shit sytem riot has devoloped does is jus push more people into buying accounts which they dont want poeple doing , but the truth is its so popular and makes so much money because riot system for banning pushes for it to be a well made business
did you know that a troll trolls to get a reaction aka want someone to be spited by him/her/it (same goes for int feeding) .
on the other hand accusing someone of trolling when he did not troll only hurt/spite him and make him flame back/not want to win anymore most of the time
Keeping your cool is hard. But if you're calling out bad players or trolls and shittalking them, you're part of the problem. Sometimes you just gotta accept that it's a game and that there's nothing you can do to avoid losing. Mute them all. Take it slow. Just do your own thing until an ff actually passes. This is the intrinsic problem of team games. There's always a random factor of extremely bad teammates/trolls.
It's 2019, people have crystal mind and can get hurted by words, so being "toxic" (stupid term btw) is too dangerous lmao
