This typically means there was some suspicious activity on your account, which has been locked for your protection. If you send in a ticket to Player Support they should be able to get you back on your feet pretty quickly.
either you got hacked you fell for an rp scam or you gave your login to a "friend" and they got you banned
Yo I can explain this you got hacked:
- change your password
- go to https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
- Select I need help recovering my account and post this story you have here over there
- Follow the steps given,
- check if there aren't already tickets opened in your name
Riot likely noticed that you were logging in/out in two different locations almost simultaneously, and put a permanent suspension with almost no information so you would be tempted to contact Player Support to discuss. If you still have access to the account, change the password immediately, as well as the password for any email associated with the account.
Then go to Player Support and begin a ticket, logged in, asking to discuss the permanent suspension. At the same time, begin a compromised account ticket, while logged out, to discuss the compromised account. At least one of these tickets should result in the lifting of the suspension if it was in fact due to the compromised account.
