This is my 4th account over the last 2 seasons 14 day banned before end of season. I just got a 14day suspension. I play in low elo. I am s1 trying to get to gold. I am a toxic player I know this. But how do you guys remain so calm. I just got out of a game. Where I was held hostage by my support. I was trying to farm as twitch vs jhin. My sona would purposely last hit minions or mess them up at towers. Then ping me ? mark after ? just nonstop. How do you deal with this. I know I should be banned for what I said, but why aren't players like this banned and I am. How do you play and not rage when someone is purposely inting going 0/8 and trying to make you lose? Like I am trying to win every game, these games are super winnable but not when 1 person is over here trying to make you lose.

out loud to my discord buddies, or after the game. Not to them. Because I learned a long time ago that harassing somebody for poor performance over a video game is wrong to do for so many reasons.

Limit your chat usage to shot calls and congratulations, or even just limit yourself to pings. Pretend you have a chat restriction on you.

Avoid pointing out others mistakes. Like what does it prove? Everyone can see it. Yea it is annyoing when others mess up games, but if it's from tilt, try to be positive. If they troll intentionally, don't reward them by risking a ban. Mute them and do your best, that's all you can do. And additionally, don't fall to insulting others, it doesn't have any benefit.

I’m not gonna lie I’m pretty toxic but one way i deal with myself being overly toxic is verbally saying things instead of typing in chat also i just mute everyone including their ping I see myself as the better player so I think my teammates pings are pointless to listen to also being a jungle main when my ally keep on pinging for assistance it kinda gets to me so yeh

stop typing.

I used to be super toxic.. to stop I just typed my frustration/flaming out and his escape instead of enter. for some reason that helped.

2nd strategy.

Type in "nice try" and "you're trying your best, thank you" every time you want to flame.

Everyone knows what you mean.. but it's not inherently toxic.

Just scream at your monitor, don't type it in. Or type it in and instead of enter, hit escape.
