How do I get muted for this?

I was ahead in kills and only died once but lost first tower to nasus and team became completely toxic towards me. Especially the lux who ended up going like 0/15 with 8x cs at 30 mins... i pretty much just said her score in chat each time she said something toxic towards me...Only really thing i can see that was "toxic" from me is when i said she was bad and at the end when i told him he was trash after he said i was.... yea some of this will be confusing cause you can only read my chat and might not understand what im replying to. I played well this game and was deff carrying while my whole team fed and was super toxic towards me.. here it is.

is this really mute worthy?

Rationally it doesn't. But according to riot's logic, they put in a chat system for you to manually mute anyone who is being "toxic". Its basically an entrapment system.

You are constantly pointing out the KD when it is not necessary nor is it good behavior. What that amounts to is harassment. The punishment is correct.

I don't think this deserves it. Not that it was cuddly, but I assume neither were the missing comments from the rest of the team. Chatbans, in my opinion, should be reserved for more flagrant flaming than this, for sure, and definitely for somebody more on the offensive.

Not that any flaming is helpful, but we're not marking him for hurting perfect team cohesion, bad teamplay moves are made constantly, in chat and in gameplay. It's when that goes overboard into either unnecessarily harsh toxicity or relentless harassment where I draw the line. This is at best a harassment case, but assuming the other player was being toxic to initiate each line of this "harassment", I don't think it fits.

No, it shouldn't have been muted. I'd bet money that if we could see the other players' chats, these weren't out of the blue. I think you're not making any friends talking like that, but for Riot to get bent out of shape over anything other than positivity, compliments, and smiles is a bit ridiculous. Now, I can't verify that this chat is real, either. I know some people edit the chats, but according to what you posted, I would say it's a very petty decision to mute.

Ya you definitely don't deserve to be banned for this. anyone saying you should be banned for this is an asshole, pointing out someones score who is harassing you is not toxic, if anything you should be commended for not saying the same things they are saying to you.
