14 Day Suspension?!

Okay so I just played a game where I got bullied for being gay and got called a f*g and somehow I got suspended which makes no sense. I need a more in depth reason why i got suspended? i think it's a huge misunderstanding?! I don't know why I got suspended, I even filtered out the f word because I was letting everyone know what kind of hate speech i was given. I wasn't being toxic even after I endured a whole game of being bullied in the game and yet I got suspended?! This makes no sense. I even copied and pasted the text.
