Team Wide Argument leads to 10 game chat restriction and reset of honor level 4??

So I've been quite an honorable player since I got back into this game reaching the 2nd checkpoint in honor 4. This was the chat log that got me a 10 game chat restriction and loss of all honor. Context is below the chat logs. PLEASE READ BELOW THE CHAT LOGS as some people that have commented clearly have not both read the chat logs and the info below.

Game 1 In-Game Quantic Pulse: ? Quantic Pulse: we're supposed to know that? Quantic Pulse: 7-2 Quantic Pulse: guy Quantic Pulse: ?? Quantic Pulse: LOL Quantic Pulse: no one's insecure

To give some context to these logs, I was playing with 2 friends who were top and bot while I was mid meaning we had 2 randoms bot lane. These 2 were duo'd. After I was 9-3 in my lane, while my friends and I were ganking/roaming top lane, our bot lane decided to try and take drag and got caught and died. They immediately began to flame our jungler, my friend, when we were nowhere near them. The game went on and the AD refused to group and just split all game while continuously getting caught and flaming which ultimately cost our team the game. Everyone but our top laner argued back and forth throughout the duration of the game and as you can see from the chat logs, it was just a clean argument. There was no swearing, name-calling, use of racial slurs or anything. Somehow though, this is worthy of a 10 game chat restriction and a reset of all honor. It's quite ridiculous because if this is worthy of the punishment I received, then lot's of teammates I've had to play with should've been permabanned. After talking with riot support, I was told they can't do anything to revert this "punishment" which is incredibly harsh for an innocent team-wide argument. It's also quite obnoxious that I'm now ineligble for clash. If anyone could help me out here that would be much appreciated because this is extremely frustrating to deal with. Thanks

Other people flaming doesn't make it okay for you to flame them.

Ya know, I am pretty lenient when it comes to what I think people should be allowed to say. But honestly, the person who mentioned the gym analogy, "PrismalDawn" got it perfectly.

You willingly played at a lower elo then flamed them for "being silver" when clearly you are in that game. In a gym, if you workout a lot and are a big guy and you go over to a starter and make fun of them, you will be removed. Probably very quickly and the overall community will not support your attempt to be horrible to them.

There is no excuse for attacking someone because of their rank. Sure, defending your friends is fine. In real life, I am very protective. Even in a game I can be protective of people. But at the same time, this is actually a toxic statement. Whether it should or should not be against the rules is something entirely debatable. But regardless, it definitely matches the definition of toxic.

No one can help you revert your honors.

Though, we can teach you how to progress in honors faster than your previous rate. H4-2 over 1 year is horribly slow. Probably at 1/3rd of the average rate and 1/5th of the rate of the most honorable players.
