How do I figure out what I was punished for? Got a chat restriction but can't see why

Most likely, you received a chat restriction for negative/toxic behavior. If you have any question regarding the punishment, send a Support Ticket to Riot Support.
If you relog into the client, your reform card should pop up.
If it doesn't, then you'll require a Support Ticket to resolve the issue.

From what I know, if you received a ban/chat restriction with no reform card or chat logs, it means it was a manual ban/chat restriction placed on your account.
And also from what I know, Riot will refuse to provide you with any chat logs if requested, though I'd still try to get them, anyway.
