Can we know how much punisment was active this year?

Hi everyone,

I'm a guy that is curious and like stat. I seen so much people saying that punisment never happen on the forum post and I'm asking myself: "Is there somewhere else we can see the amount of punisment that Riot do apply to people doing wrong thing on purpose every year?"

It's more by curiosity for general stat than for myself.
