I get reported for feeding team>

I just had an ashe game where my tf mid and my jungle and top did not know how to play their roles. I point out their flaws and what their doing wrong and they report me for "toxic". Idk what to do because I have lost promos 6 times because of people like this. I ask our mid tf to not feed the zed as he one shots adcs. and he continues to feed. I just want to make sure I will not be punished for the actions of some idiots on my team

Also is there anyway I can disable chat completely

If your critique was constructive and friendly, you should be fine. If it was neutral it's probably still fine. If your behavior ran over into being insulting or excessively negative then you have more to worry about.

There is no way to disable chat completely, but I have heard that you can move the chat window off the screen so you can't see ANYTHING typed in it.

why don't you just /mute all ? and then mute all pings if it they annoy u ? its easier than dragging the chat to the side every game

Yes.

Type /muteall

Mutes everyone including enemy Note: It doesn't mute pings but only mute them if they spam it on you
