Victorius skins and honor lvl 0

okey so my acc got banned in january 2 for being toxic for 2 weeks, last week i finaly got honor lvl 1 and today i got chat restriction and back at honor lvl 0. so i waned to ask if i would still get the victorius skin with honor lvl 0 since im gona take a break from league and toxic boosted people for a while. Bcs if they realy gona denie my skin after spending countless hours of playing with kids who only flame just to get a skin they riot wants to take from me then ima just quit league like a normal person and live a better life.

almost forgot for any rioters who see this i want you to check personaly my last 10 games and the chat if posible and think how did i get chat banned and not them who started flaming. i hope that someone will see this and inlight me with answers. ty

If you're below Honor Level 2, you're ineligible for end-of-season rewards, so - putting it bluntly - no. If you take an extended break and remain in Honor Level 0, you won't get the Victorious Skin or your Border this year (or any other rewards from Ranked play).

If, for that reason, you decide to quit League of Legends altogether, well - best of luck to you wherever you go.

If you flamed them back, reports made against you will be valid. If they flamed and you reported them, they'll likely be punished too. If you want the community to peer review your chat logs to see what may have resulted in your punishment, feel free to post them.

Though, if you've cleared the ten games of your Chat Restriction, you'll have to file a Support Ticket to ask them to retrieve the chat logs related to the punishment - and, of course, in that Support Ticket, you may also ask them for their input as to why it resulted in your punishment.

If you are at honor lvl 0 u won’t be eligible for any rewards same for lvl 1 I think....

In regards to the chat restriction.... you don’t know whether or not the person was punished as well unless you are their friend, have access to their account, or they stream... The system isn’t all that biased at all. If they deserved it, report the player (actually deserved it, not “I just didn’t like them even tho they weren’t intentionally doing anything bad”). If other reports verify that they are indeed violating the rules then they will be punished. So focus more on yourself than them cuz you have more control over what you say. Because at the end of the day you are being punished for making the games of other players less enjoyable. It’s as easy as unbundling your enter key, or muting everyone.

First of all, change your name tag. I've seen countless "L9" wannabe'es on this server and you people use the same insultes as everyone else.

Second of all, you mention you don't wanna play with "kids who only flame" but you were banned because of it? Yeah OK.

Third of all, you will probably make a new account or continue to play on this one. You will not reform you will stay the same.

Fourth of all, you won't get the skin you need at least level 2 honor.

Fifth of all, you say the teammates you play with are boosted. But you have over 600 games in gold V with negative win rate.

Sixth of all, you won't be missed if you quit. Goodbye.

No. You were banned for 2 weeks, decided not the be better, got a chat restriction, and are now honor 0. why would get rewarded for being a toxic individual?

Deal with not getting anything, or quit playing. Nobody's gonna wipe your tears either way.
