Unfortunately yes, especially with how lazy and untrained the "player behavior specialists" are. They look for any reason to throw a ban or restriction out.

Probably if it is manually reviewed and determined to be excessive, like death threats and crap. I doubt the automated system would do that though.

Umm, no, I dont think thats possible, since it would have gone into the decision to give the 2 week ban.
