Banned for no reason?

i got an email but it did not tell me why i was banned, i will assume that it was from the game before i played on twisted treeline when i supposedly autolocked and teemo took my top lane but even then, i still went to the bot lane and we managed to win lane, but lose game. I don't think i should be banned for that riot... but can i please get an explimation sent to my email please (2 week ban but i like leauge too much and now have a useless RP card ._.)
