Is getting tilted a reportable offence?

About a year ago I was a really toxic league player, I flamed and played the blame game amd got a 14 day ban for it. I then took a very long break from league but recently started playing it on and off. Ive been trying not to be toxic and I haven't really flamed people but I just get so upset sometimes and go full tilt in the chat, saying "I'm so tilted omg" and "can we ff this game is over" when my team and I get stomped. I feel like I'm being punished for it because I havent made any honor progress. I swear I'm not dishonorable and I try to be positive and give a "ggwp" at the end of every game, but when I get tilted it just all goes downhill, And in one of my last games I got extra tilted because the entire enemy team kept spamming "ez" in all chat. Ill admit I got a little toxic and a report would be justified, but that's an outlier for my current behavior and how hard I'm trying to be better. Also in retrospect I realize I was rude and would apologize to my teammates if I could.

I guess to TLDR this ill say: is getting tilted toxic behavior in itself and how can I prevent from getting tilted? PS: Riot please dont permaban me for that game ill take a 25 game chat restriction if I need to but i cant handle a permaban q.q.

It can be depending on how you act. If you actually give up and stop playing, it most definitely is.

When you want to ff, use the ff vote. Trying to pressure people to vote either way is flagged as negative by the IFS.

Broadcasting your tilt to your team is rather disheartening, so it's likely that at least some of the lines used to do so will be flagged as negative.

Chat is a tool. The intended function of that tool is to increase your team's chances of victory, through increased coordination and encouragement.

There is no punishment for feeling any of the potential emotions. Punishments occur for the actions that are taken in response.

Getting tilted is natural. We all do, and we go full on rage too. We're all humans. If you want to FF, then ask for a vote. But don't force it. Like don't spam it and don't grief. Show your effort and you'll be fine. We all win some and lose some.

You might want to be careful with your tilt and defeatist attitude. Your current next punishment is a permaban.

That said try to be solution oriented. You are given a problem in LOL to solve every game. Analyze you why are dying so much and try to think of a solution. Do you need to get an executioner's calling for that vlad cos that last drain of his healed him up? Did you need to kite or position better? We're you running away and not doing return damage after they burned their CDs? Are you unfamiliar with the enemy's damage profile? Could you have warded differently to prevent that Zac from jumping on you through fog of wall?

When your brain is busy with thinking about solutions, it won't think about negative things. Remember, no matter how bad your teammates are, there's always something you could have done better.

EDIT Case study:

There was this one game where I was playing Zyra against Leona, every time I stepped up to harass the ADC she would all in on me and kill me. I had 5 deaths by 8 mins and my team was getting tilted by my actions.

Now I refuse to not harass the enemy ADC, otherwise what's the point in playing Zyra (plus the enemy ADC had crappy positioning and made it really juicy to harass), so I told my team I'll be fine and just needed to focus. I'll still step up harass, but I forced myself to pay more attention to Leona and when she is stepping up so I can side step her zenith blade.

I was able to walk up while precasting my spells, and since my focus was on Leona and I didn't care about whether I can land my spells (the ADC didn't know how to dodge anyways, so it was pretty much going to land if I didn't do anything different), I was able to see when she would step up and side step her zenith blade and land good trades on the enemy ADC.

Now after a trade or two or repeating the same thing, told the my ADC to be ready to counter engage them. I was able to bait the Leona and enemy ADC into all inning me , and becuase the enemy ADC was low, it was a breeze to kill him off while Leona was in the middle of her Ult > Zenith blade combo. Leona is now balls deep with no ADC and we finished her off as well.

From that, I reach my 1st item power spike and set up a brush trap, waited for the enemy ADC to come in and 1 shot him with my full combo.

That was the turning point and I am considered back into the game. We ended up winning the game, and I was very proud of myself from turning a bad situation into a good situation.

The main problem that needed to be solved was for me to recognize that Leona was the better player and their ADC is a monkey that didn't know to press his lead, so I just needed to pay attention to her. Once that was solve, the road to winning was a pretty straight path, but I had to first recognize that there is a solution to the problem, and I held the keys to that solution.

Just remember the golden tilt rules:

  1. Mute all
  2. If to negative, start focussing on the farm and not tilting objectives.
  3. If needed have an automated enter key disabler.
