Unfairly banned, how do I appeal my ban?

Now Jhin and Blitzcrank from that game were flaming me very hard, like calling me a r%%%%% and heavy swear words, and I made the mistake not to mute them, I muted their pings after they spam pinged me all game, but not their text. So I made the mistake of explaining it and using swear words, but it wasn't that bad, and I got a 14 day ban for it? Maybe a mute, but a ban? Really? Jhin and Blitzcrank both kept telling the enemy team to report me, for feeding, which I did play very badly that game, but I was trying my best. Instantly after that game I was banned. BAMN 14 day suspension.

I'd like to appeal in some kind of way, cause I just bought the pass, and I really want to get the lee sin skin, and I've only half way there, and 14 days I might not be able to get it then, and I don't think the suspension was fair at all.

You had chat restrictions before that told you this sort of behavior is not acceptable. You continued to behave this way. The next time you do this it will be a permanent ban.

There is no "maybe a mute". You didn't listen to the mutes. You didn't change your behavior. Thus there is no appeal to a "lower" punishment. Either the punishment is inaccurate or it's not. You harassed teammates, tried to convince people to give up, flamed them for flaming you (ironic, right), and threatened to AFK. None of that is acceptable behavior.

You can contact Riot Support, but this punishment is not incorrect and will not be removed. I encourage you to use the 14 days to review your attitude because if you repeat this sort of inappropriate behavior after your return, your account will be permanently banned.

I think the system, picks up if you sweared, so by me reffering to what Jhin and Blitzcrank said to me, I only made the situation worse, but I just wanted to defend myself, even though I didn't needed to. I definetly did some mistakes, and I'll happily take a mute, but a ban? I think that's a bit hard.

Have you had any previous punishments? Have you had a 25 game chat restriction? If yes, then the next step after that is a 14 day ban, which means that you weren't unfairly banned

Be careful, the next step is a perma ban

man theres like 20 comments here and 90% are the OP replying to himself instead of just writing a big comment/editing their existing ones.

to "defend" yourself, you use the mute button and dont flame back with stuff like "stfu" or asking for reports (in that regard i also recommend on reading up how the system works. one report has the same effect as 9 and asking for reports is punishable. just cause you dont know the rules doesnt mean youre save if you break them)

following up what i just said: you dont need to explain anything. cause there is no point to it. no mater how many ppl report you, if you just mute or dont reply, nothing will happen to you. also we got the automated system. it doesant care about context. all that matters for YOUR case are YOUR actions.

since this is a 14 day ban and you said you had chatrestrictions before, iwe can assume you didnt learn anything. if you read the top of the feedback logs it will say the next fuck up from you will result in a permaban and its PERMANENT! so you better turn off chat or just dont write if you wanna keep your account.

you may write a support ticket but im sure everyone agrees with me: this is pointless, the punishement is deserved and thus will not be lifted.

also: nope swearing wont get you banned. fuck fuck shit piss. totally fine. as long as you dont insult someone with it (example being you little shit fucking suck)

Let's have you understand the behavioral system a bit more. Think of it like a health bar (or tension meter) in music games. When you hit the note at an off beat, your tension meter increases. When you completely miss a note, the meter increases by alot. When you hit the note at good timings, it reduces the meter.

Riot's behavior system works the same way, as in we all have a toxicity meter attached to our accounts. When players are mildly toxic, it goes up a tad. When people use hate speech, it pretty much fills up the meter. of course, clean games reduce the meter.

It is possible for playerA to get punished and playerB not to, even though playerB was waaayyyyy more toxic . Let's say playerA started the game with the toxicity meter at 95% and playerB's at 35%. Ingame, playerB said some pretty nasty shit and playerA responds with some shit as well. After the game, playerA gains 10% toxicity and playerB gains 50%. Now playerA is at 105% toxicity and gets punished, whereas playerB is at 85%, and not punished in that specific game, even though playerB was found to be 5x more toxic than playerA in that game.

Your 14-day is a result of your consistent, repeatitve toxicity. It could be mild toxicity like what you displayed in this game, but it all adds up.
