so my account got permanent banned this week for "prohibited third-party software" i have only ever used lolwiz through overwolf, have riot changed there minds about this software that i was unaware of.
Have you checked ypur match history for games you don't remember playing? Perhaps your account was compromised.
I mean, it was 3 years ago. Sophie from Overwolf is still level 30. So, she probably stopped playing? That's what I can tell as a by-stander! I don't know if they were still working closely with Riot's TOS but if you want to be on the safe side, its best not to use any apps. I've been using Blitz for a while but I'm usually keeping up to date with how its run. If there is a dangerous sign with regards to it, I'd immediately remove it.
That said, this guy is still on the payroll for advertising it. And it was in January 2019 so? I am not sure.
