Account got perma banned for 'arguing'

I am really trying to get some insight. I think its unjust and I also think its kind of a joke for an account with so much time and effort on it to get perma banned for something like this. I got a two week ban about a week ago. Within that time I have played 70+ games. I have actually made a huge change trying to be positive and helpful. Basically doing a 180 from when I got my two week ban.

Now I understand it is considered negative to argue and discuss the game like this. Even tho I am technically responding to them flaming me. The fact that this riot employee didn't even give me the time of day or try to compromise on the account makes me wonder how easily it is to get banned permanently.

Now I feel like I need to add this in as well. I jng and if lanes have a hard time or feel like you are to blame they will report you. I have been in so many games where you try to play it out and help them and they just end up saying report jungle and just like that you have 3 reports. Now I had this happen last year with three games in a row people target reported me and actually got me banned. I had stream evidence and luckily got it dealt with but these reports do actually get taken into account. I have seen it first hand.

I have asked the riot employee to take into account the situation and understand how positive I have actually been and one game I slip up and respond just in general and everyone makes mistakes even tho I generally think its really not something worth banning someone over.

I have also tried to open another ticket to get another riot employee but they just refer me to my other ticket. In the past where I have actually been toxic they have been much more willing to work with me and sadly this seems like they really don't care about what I say.

They didn’t compromise because that’s not their job. This is not a “compromise” situation. Riot gave you rules. You accepted the rules when you created your account and when you played. If you were confused about whether your behavior was acceptable or not, you should have sought them out prior to performing the behaviors.

And no, 70 positive games when you were warned to be on your best behavior does not excuse negativity. Period.

You've been off your two-week ban for literally a single week. You were warned that further misbehavior would result in a permanent ban. You spent roughly the entire chat log insulting your teammate. Seems straightforward enough to me.

No, you got punished for that. Not permabanned. You were permabanned because you have a consistent history of being negative.

You have no reason to argue. If you want to debate with someone, then do it after the game in discord or something.

If you got your main account permanently banned, the only way you can prove your reform is to not get any further accounts banned.

Riot isn't going to give you infinite chances, they have to put their foot down somewhere - and that somewhere happens to be after the 14-day ban. If you can't be bothered to listen to three separate warnings at the very least, then, why should your main account be given a fourth try? You've already proven three separate times that you don't care about the rules.

My opinion is that if you're worth getting your account back, you wouldn't have gotten it banned in the first place.

They really don't care. You don't have the freedom to be NEGATIVE ever. You aren't allowed to disagree with your team in any way that could ever be taken as agressive, or negative, or even slightly serious.

'Seriously' Read some of the comments to my post, people really don't want to ever be stressed out so much as to feel "Negative". It's pathetic, and the current reality.

We can't ever talk in game in chat in LeagueOfLegends as it stands currently, your punished if you do so, because the MARGINS OF ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR are met only by the DALI LLAMA, MOTHER TERESA, and other such personalities.

Seriously people DON'T talk. The penalties for doing so far outweigh the Rewards.

20 minutes on these boards have led me to believe even smurf accounts with ZERO chat logs are getting banned, their system is screwy.
