Is scripting getting worse, or is it just me?

The usual indicate of scripts, for me, is when a champion moves to evade a skillshot immediately as its cast, rather than there being a reaction time delay as you'd expect to see with a human player. Also evident is when this perfect dodge behavior doesn't happen when the player is otherwise doing something aggressive, like lining up a skillshot of their own.

In at least the scripting package I'm aware of, this can be explained by the auto dodging happening only when the player holds down a "flee" key on their keyboard - this gets them to put distance between themselves and enemies, and causes them to immediately step out of the effective range of any skillshots as they are cast, that is, as soon as the League client registers its existence. It can also be configured to automatically move the player to keep them just outside of the effective range of another champion's AAs or abilities.

When you start seeing this, it becomes very obvious. Even high elo players don't dodge like this.

Anyone else noticing it more?

Could be scripts, could be somebody making a read/prediction or just doing standard happy feet clicking. I'm not necessarily saying you're wrong or mistaken, but I'm not sure if I follow your logic regarding how you determine scripting. Lots of skillshots in this game are too fast/wide to effectively dodge without an element of prediction.

Speaking for myself, I haven't seen any obvious scripters in some time.

League is lesser about a game of reaction, but more of a game of anticipation and prediction.

When I juke skill shots, I normally have started dodging even before the skill shots were fired.

So as Jo0o said, are you sure you aren't just mistaking the scripts with prediction?

No, but i sure have been getting a lot of complaints about it recently. Honestly league APM is very low in low tier. I easily go above 200-250 actions per minute with mouse clicks alone if i'm near an enemy. Playing a squishy with no escapes against skillshots it's necessary.

This is common if anyone has clocked in hours with a support. Counting the seconds between thresh hooks, morgana Qs, lux Qs and blitz hooks is absolutely necessary to survive even basic bitch gold play, and you can tell when they're coming out with it.

high elo players do dodge like that, but usually high elo players also know how to hit skillshots

previous scripter here (banned account: meringue pie, i no longer script)

the only scripting service thats up is detectable, and sucks mega dick, there is no evade that can dodge before a skillshot is cast
