Refusing to communicate with team. Can you report for this?

I know there use'd to be an option for this in the past but was removed.

To start off, no one was toxic this game so lets just keep that out of the picture. I'm a gold 4 tryndamere that hardly plays ranked, free skin.

So, I recently played a ranked game and the specific player didn't seem to be doing too hot with the new akali rework in ranked, heh. I'm assuming he muted everyone and their pings at some point because myself and the jungler were trying to help this guy out, ganking his lane and such but he would never respond. Lane phase broke and the guy wouldn't help team fights and felt the need to split push at nearly every chance, sadly, getting caught most of the time. As tryndamere I was forced to team the rest of the game because this akali reeeaalllly had to split push and I really didn't want to abandon my team for a 1 3 1 strategy that wasn't going to work against the enemy master yi and his teammates. So this person ended up dieing 12 times through the game where I myself had 4 and the rest of my team sporting a solid 6-7. For all this farming he had done you'd think he'd have some good cs though right? ;D 133 at 28 minutes isn't what i'd like to call, good. I understand being frustrated that you may not being doing well but when your team is truly trying to help you and you just sit and watch...i mean it really feels bad. I feel helpless in these situations and it's so frustating going 10 kills on tryn with over 200 cs having a great game just to lose because you've got only 4 people on your team willing to work together...Maybe this is more of a rant but I wish this game had more to encourage players to work together other than ignorantly playing like you're the only player on your team.

I really like this game but when stuff like this happens and there's just nothing I can do, I go play other games, and i'm sure riot doesn't want that. I'm just really sad that I feel I want to not play this game any longer because communication is really hard to achieve with all players of the team and i've been playing this game since beta, I don't want to say goodbye.
