i got perma banned and idk what i did?!?!
it says i got perma banned for using a 3rd party program but i dont even have anything installed that works on league is it possible my account got hacked and is it possible to revoke the ban?

A support ticket is the proper action in such a case. Check your match history as well and see if there were any games that you don't recognize.
If there are games that were not you playing then bring that up with support through the ticket, they should be able to check location data to see if that corroborates your story. Then ask them to check again for 3rd party programs barring those games where your account was compromised.
If there are no games that you don't recognize then you'll still want to contact support and see if it was a mistake. People on the board can't really help with this because it's your word vs Riots from our perspective.
Clarity question: Do you have anything installed that works on other games?
