I think all players should deserve a second chance and have their accounts unbanned. It says they will never ever unban players that are toxic but they go against their own rules and unban big names . I have not been banned but i don't think it is fair. What do you guys

If your answer is Tyler1, please go look up the difference between an ID ban and a Perm ban.

Players have 2nd, 3rd and even 4th chance between punishments. No need for more, if you can't correct your behavior with those chances, it's time to go.

Like Tyler1? Sorry but it isn't the same thing. Permaban and ID ban are 2 different things. People fail to understand, that Tyler1 didn't get any of his accounts back, he had to level up new ones when Riot unbanned him as a person. His permabanned accounts are still banned to this day.
Yes, lets unban all players. This will not have any negative setbacks such as "an increase in toxic behavior because the potential of getting unbanned exists"

I think they tried that previously, as they genuinely want to give people second chances. But its demoralizing when most people don't reform with that second chance.

i don't know if anyone will ever see this, but i am very angry about the current state of the game. I have played this game for around 6 years now and have had 4 accounts banned. every account that got banned were banned because i was toxic to people who were trolling me. Its so stupid how u guys decide to ban the people who are toxic and are put into this stressful situation when people just troll all the time. Even when someone gets banned it says that your one of the 0.006% of players negative enough to get perm banned. before u get perm banned u get a 14 day ban, and that ban teaches u absolutely nothing. instead of punishing the players ability to play the game, they should punish the players rank or something like that. That is why I'm quitting the game today and moving on after 6 years. Players spend tons of money on this game as well and riot just tosses out bans left and right. i remember years ago when this game was in its best state, riot didn't ban nearly as many players and this game was deemed a "toxic game." The game was much better in that state and much more fun to play, because u could actually interact with people without getting banned. This is why the game will die. Riot decides to ban dedicated players who play with a passion instead of the trolls who turn them into toxic monsters.
